Angel Food Cake with Pineapple

 

  • 1 (4serving) pkg of Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 Angel food Cake (prepared)
  • 1 cup mixed berries

 

Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl.  Gently stir in whipped topping.

 Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.  Place bottom cake layer on serving plate and top with 1/3 of pudding mixture, repeat layers…

Refrigerate at least one hour...top with mixed berries
