    Delivery, Cancellation and Return Policy

    1. Subject to stock availability, we aim to process orders within 10 working days.
    1. Deliveries within the borders of South Africa are free of charge.
    1. Once an order has been dispatched from House of Cinnamon, delivery times range from same day to 48 hours (region dependant).
    1. House of Cinnamon has a 7 calendar day cancellation policy. When logging a cancellation, customers must contact House of Cinnamon via electronic mail to enquiries@houseofcinnamon.com within 7 calendar days of date of delivery and indicate that they wish to cancel the transaction. House of Cinnamon will arrange for collection of the item at the customer's expense plus any additional admin fees involved. Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of the customer logging the cancellation. All items returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original and undamaged packaging with all original labels attached.
    1. In the event that a returned item is found by House of Cinnamon to be defective, then House of Cinnamon will refund to the customer the return costs together with the purchase price of the defective item.
